Description: This “Total Body Transformation Program” is designed to drop total body fat while tone and build/sculpt certain muscle groups. I suggest doing between 20-40 minutes of cardio (prolonged duration of activity that gets you sweating and out of breathe for a longer duration of time) daily to keep body fat down...which will help show the maximum results of all your hard work. It’s quite typical to be sore in the first few days, even up to the first week. BUT REMEMBER!!!!!!.....stay active, the more you stay moving, the less sore you will be over time. Drink plenty of water daily to also keep the soreness at a minimum.
I understand that not everyone has a set daily/weekly schedule, and that sometimes last minute things come up and we have to skip a workout for the day. If this happens, simply consider that the next up “Rest/Stretch” Day and pick up where you left off, possibly even excluding the following “Rest/Stretch” Day so that you are able to stay on track with the program timeline.
Things You Will Need:
If you are participating in the program and are ever going to be using the “Non Gym” options; I suggest getting some type of dumbbell weight set and a pack of resistant bands that have a variety of weight options. Both of these can be found at any sporting goods store as well as online. Walmart, Target and Ross all have a fitness equipment section. A variety of free weights are ideal so that we can continue to increase the weight as you continue to get stronger. Both forms are resistance bands shown below are ideal for this program, especially if you are doing the “Non Gym” options. Be sure to get a variety pack that has different weight/resistance options. Resistance bands with handles as well as a smaller loop band that will be used around the ankles and for some of the upper body exercises will be needed.
