Description: This “Booty Building Program” is designed to grow your glutes and shape your legs. When this program is coupled with your current workout routine, maximum results will be seen. I suggest doing between 20-40 minutes of cardio (prolonged duration of activity that gets you sweating and out of breathe for a longer duration of time) daily to keep body fat down...which will help show the maximum results of all your hard work. It’s quite typical to be sore in the first few days, even up to the first week. BUT REMEMBER!!!!!!.....stay active, the more you stay moving, the less sore you will be over time. Drink plenty of water daily to also keep the soreness at a minimum.
